@ Auzi
were you able to find a solution to your problem with the Lenovo ID? I have the same issue and have tried to reset my password, and also tried to use another Lenovo ID of mine. Same issue. When I am in my own LAN network, it works as expected. But from WAN network, i am not able to get into the Beacon. Also, on my Android App is the status of my Lenovo ID as "verified". The issue is only when I am using the web interface to access the beacon. It seems that the Beacon it self refusing to accept the ID or communicate with the Lenovo servers at all.
I have also attached a screenshot of the Error message I am getting
Thank you all for your help.
Cheers,
Miro

Two things i have changed on my network is i have replaced my router with Asus RT-N12 D and added a switch D-Link DSG-105 / E. I have used the default settings. But I do not remember if the function was working in December when I replaced the hardware.
