Need super low resolution (i.e., VGA 640x480)

I just picked up a 300S-08IHH Desktop running windows 10.  I have a really large but very old VGA resolution monitor that I'd like to use it with.  When I look at the resolutions for the on board graphics card, 640x480 is not a possible seection.  Obviously most people would never want to run such a low resolution but... is it possible?  Any ideas are appreciated.  Thanks!

These steps should let you choose 640x480 resolution and the proper refresh rate too.

• Press the Windows Key + R to open a run window
• In the Run Window type:  desk.cpl
• Click on the Advanced settings link
• Click on the List All Modes button
• Scroll up to select the correct resolution and refresh rate needed by your monitor
• Click OK, and then apply.
