dead pixels in 3 different lenovo laptops

i have noticed dead pixels in 3 different lenovo ideapad laptops. i want to ask some questions about it. the laptops have all ryzen 3 5300u with integrated  gpu. does the issue comes from the gpu or from the screen ?? if the issue comes from the voltage of the electrical installation then can the voltage cause the gpu to appear dead pixels ?? or if it is from the voltage then the voltage will only cause this issue to the screen ?? i have run all the lenovo diagnostics in the gpu and all passed successfully , however a lenovo technician told me that the diagnostics can not show if the gpu is faulty and if it can cause dead pixels. also i checked the gpu voltage with a software Hwinfo. the voltage is usually below 1.000 volts. for example at this moment the gpu core voltage is about 0,735 volts. however sometimes i have noticed that it is about 1,200 volts , but not always. what is your opinions about this ?? if the issue comes from the voltage of the house and i solve it then will the issue stop ?? or the gpu is already faulty and needs replacement of the motherboard ?? i sent the 1 of the 3 laptops to lenovo and the technician the only thing that he done was to run lenovo diagnostics to the laptop for the gpu  , and he said it passed successfully , but another lenovo technician told me that the diagnostics can not show if the issue comes from the gpu. do you think the issue comes from the gpu or from the screen ?? and also do you think can the lenovo diagnostics show 100% if the gpu is faulty and if it can cause dead pixels.

Welcome to the Community, nektariosk!

Glad to assist!

Sorry about the pixels, mostly it is the LCD. Please attach a picture of the whole screen.

Sometimes Vantage or apps can not see the issue due to limitations and the best way is in-person tech guy.

I have seen passing tests but still leads to Depot because the issue is deeper and best for service center to fix it.

This is the guide for LCD issues
