E10 tablet stopped picking up router

My lenovo tablet has stopped connecting to the home router.  Ita been fine for a year, went to use today and it isn't even picking up the network.   It is picking up other networks but not the one its used daily for a year.

All other devices connecting as normal.

The network is saved I  the saved networks but it doesn't detect it.  I've deleted it, installed the network manually, it's a tho it's not in range and I'm literally sat next to the router.

 

Rebooted the router twice, no success.

 

Factory reset the tablet, no success.

Still the same.  See the attached pics, the network is saved but just not being picked up by the tablet, as you can see the router is working fine as my phone and other devices are using it as normal.

Hello @StuHogg77!

 

Apologies for the delayed response.

 

Based on the pictures that you have provided here, are you attempting to connect the Tab E10 to the WiFi network that does have a name of VM2414725?

 

The reason I've asked that is because I'm seeing here that the device has been connected to that WiFi network (VM2414725) already.

 

However, if you're attempting to connect it to other WiFi (networks), try to disconnect the other devices that are connected to it right now then just connect the Tab E10 itself and see if it will complete the action successfully.

 

We'll be waiting for your response, feel free to clarify anything here.

Thanks for that info @StuHogg77!

 

Please try to forget the WiFi network again then disconnect other devices from it as well and connect the Tab E10 again.

Also, check if there's an option to reset the network settings on the Tab E10 device.

 

If the device still can't connect to that specific WiFi network but can connect to others, it would be advisable to report this matter to your ISP (Internet service provider) so that they can take a look at it as well.
