Removing and replacing a soldered CPU is never economical.  You would need a very expensive rework station and you would only be able to upgrade to another processor of the same generation.  I think the i5-7200u CPU has a FCBGA1356 form factor (1356 contacts).  You would need to remove the CPU, clean the board and attach a new CPU.  The new BGA CPU would cost as much as the laptop is worth.  It just never makes sense

Good day.

You do not mention exactly which V130-14 you have, but have a look at the HMM that covers several variants: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/v330-14ikb_v330-14isk_v130-14ikb_v130-14igm_v330-14igm_hmm_201804.pdf

There are some system boards equipped with gen8 CPUs, but keep in mind that the CPUs are soldered to the boards. Any upgrade attempt would require a complete board swap, which is rarely economical even if the board could be sourced.

Regards.

Welcome to the Community Forums,

Thanks for taking the time to start a query. CPUs are typically soldered on the system board, changing it would require replacement. The parts look up site may show you OEM systemboards available to your unit.

Regards.

Hello,

In order to replace a BGA (ball grid array) soldered CPU, you are going to need a BGA rework station to perform the replacement, and not just one of the models on Amazon which costs a few thousand dollars and are good for a chips with a few dozen BGA connections, but one that can handle a CPU which may have several hundred or thousand BGA connections without damaging the CPU or the surrounding motherboard.

I found one online here that looks like it would work; it is about $49,000 US.  It looks like it uses 380V AC three-phase for the power, so you would need an industrial type of power connection to power it.
