I've owned a 3000 C100 for two years. Recently I have been unable to successfully connect to an internet browser on the computer.
I live in the UK and my broadband connection is through BT Broadband, with the laptop wirelessly connected to a BT Home Hub. When I click on the BT Broadband icon I get taken into the BT Yahoo homepage and then the following error message appears:
Yahoo! Browser has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I get almost exactly the same error message if I try to enter through the Internet Explorer icon rather than BT except that it is an Internet Explorer rather than BT Yahoo error message and the following appears
In all other respects the laptop is working OK. I've tried BT support but they say it is a Lenovo problem - which it probably is because I ca have no problems accessing through my Dell desktop on the same connection. Can someone help please as I can't now access the Internet through the laptop?
