I just updated all the drivers on Lenovo C340, but after the driver update is complete the touchpad cannot be used.
is there a solution to overcome this problem?
I tried reinstalling the touchpad driver but it didn't work

How did you update the drivers? Did you use the Lenovo Vantage app?
See if you can roll back the driver. Go to the Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > right click Lenovo/Synaptics Pointing Device > click Properties > Drivers tab > Roll Back Driver > select OK.
