Simply put, yes.
You will need a retail copy of XP and the appropriate drivers from the Lenovo support page. Be sure to download the appropriate drivers ahead of time to minimize downtime.
Note: In the BIOS configuration, you will need to switch the SATA controller from AHCI to IDE compatibility mode.
