I accidentally deleted the driver for the bluetooth of my V470 and now i downloaded the latest driver software for it but seem I can't install it. There was always a dialog box saying " No bluetooth device was detected. Please make sure that your bluetooth device was plugged in properly". Is there anyone here who can help me to fix this problem?

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
After Downloading the Driver from Support site and installing it.
If it fail using the Built in installation Wizard
Go to Drive C: Drivers and you'll find the Bluetooth driver there,
Installing it manually Should work.
Post a screenshot of the Folder C: Driver
Let me know your findings

I tried your procedure but still I can't install the bluetooth driver. Below is the screenshot where is the bluetooth driver and a dialogue box saying no bluetooth was detected.
Does it mean that bluetooth hardware is not functioning?

Can you check under Device Manager and under the View option on top, Clcik on the Shows hidden devices.
This can list previosly installed Devices Make sure the bluetooth devices shows as transparent like this
If yes Open Control Panel Uninstall a program and Uninstall all Bluetooth driver / Software.
Now Download and install from this links, Make sure you check what OS you have (32 / 64 bit)
32-bit (x86) version BluetoothDriverInstaller.exe (1.9 Mb)
64-bit (x64) version BluetoothDriverInstaller_x64.exe (3.0 Mb)
Then Go ahead and install the broadcom driver from previous post.
If still did not work.
Can you provide me with your system's model type number for further checking (59xxxxxx)
Let me knwo your findngs
