I have owned my Lenovo V570 for 3.5 years, and it's still doing reasonably well after some upgrades. However, I have been having trouble with the wireless card ever since Windows 8 came out, even after updating to the latest drivers from the Intel website. I have the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 6150 card. The connection frequently becomes "limited," especially shortly after I wake it up from sleep mode. And it's only this computer that this happens to, since none of my other computers or devices show this behavior, so it's not my router(s).
I recently bought a new wireless card to replace this one, also from Intel, but that is when I ran into the notorious "whitelist," and my card didn't make the cut. (Too new to be on the whitelist, I suppose).
So I consulted the user's manual, which has a list on Pg. 78 of the compatible wireless cards. (https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_v570_b570_b570e_hmm_v2.0.pdf)
However, when I search for these on Newegg or Amazon, nothing comes up! (Go ahead, try searching for Intel 6250NX, for example!)
I need a wifi card that can support 5 GHz, since I live in an apartment complex, and the 2.4 GHz band is completely saturated.
Any recommendations on cards that will work with my laptop and Lenovo's ridiculous whitelist?

Okay, I was afraid that that would be the answer...dang. Very disappointed with Lenovo over this issue. Great laptop, I love it, but the wifi problems are really starting to get on my nerves.
