These nos for custmer care have no sense of technical knowledge. they spend the time in the name of trouble shooting or diagonising your problem. It is now a matter of non acceessability to these nos to get feed back of the complains lodged or any query. I am trying since last two days but i did not get me connected to a sngle person anyhow. Only IVR message " keep patience...........".
Do the IBM/lenovo people care for this?
