Domain Logon - Keyboard Mouse not responding

I have laptop on a Domain Network

(

CTRL + Alt + Del

Not reponding

Unplug RJ45 ctrl-alt-del not reponding

 

FN F8 when boot up will work, can arrow up to safe mode, but again one the login scrren comes on CTRL + ALT + Del will not wrok

The user tried to" repair this comuter", this option is bt pressing F8

ablet to navagate but user has no  Restore point

 

Reluntant to reset the PC

 

Jus occured over past weekened.

 

 

USB Keyboard same outcome

Welcome to the community forums.

 

Please try reinstalling the keyboard driver and update the BIOS. You may follow the steps below.

 

1. Open device manager

2. Expand keyboard

3. Uninstall keyboard

4. Restart the computer

5. Go to https://lnv.gy/2J1jN1d?CID=ww:lenovosocial:20x9m6 and download the updated BIOS 

 

Update us how it goes.

Unable to do what you suggested.

 

Used the last resort, factory settings.
