Error code WHD01V00J-BK7Z7H

I bought a Lenovo V570 Laptop about 3 years ago.  Recently, it was slowing down, so I ran a scan from Lenovo Solution Center, and it gave the following error code:

 

WHD01V00J-BK7Z7H

 

It told me to contact Lenovo Support.  I'm hoping someone here can help me.  Thank you.

Serial Number of the Machine

Test Date . This should be the timestap in Solution center after you run it there should be a time stamp.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your feedback.

 

Based on your result code the error reports a Hard Drive problem. The first three letter on the code are 

W=Windows HD=Hard drive

 

Now for the result

I believe that the HDD is detected as defective or may soon fail. It has to be replaced.
