HELP ME PLEASE! :((( lenovo v110-15ikb

2020-01-20, 17:32 PM

Hi. I need your help. My computer audio is not working without headphone. I have tried many things but there is no sound. It happened during typing, maybe I have used wrong combination of hot keys.

Please help me.

Regards,

Annie

Hi Annie14,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you tried pressing FN+F1 to unmute the audio on the machine?

You can use this link to find the user guide of the machine.

Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jack_Lenovo1

I have tried but it didn't help.  Should I press it at the same time?

Hi Annie14,

Thanks for posting that photo.

Since Windows is playing audio but the speakers are not providing any audio at all it is possible that the machine is experiencing hardware issues.

I would recommend contacting Lenovo Helpdesk for repairs and additional support by using this link.

Hope this helps.

So there is no chance to fix by myself?

Hi Annie14,

I would  recommend having the machine checked by a technician either from Lenovo Helpdesk or a local service center to avoid further unwanted damage to the machine.

Hope this helps.
