I have a Lenovo Ideapad V570 which I purchased from Best Buy this past summer.
A few keys on the keyboard have stopped working, and there has not been any water or drinks spilt on my laptop. I have connected a USB keyboard and every key works fine.
I am assuming my keyboard has some issues with it. What is the best course of action for me?
It'd be nice to have my laptop away from as little as possible. I understand I could send it in for warranty repairs, but is there a quicker way? Could I have BestBuy fix it? Could I take it in to a certified service center to have it fixed? Shipping my laptop just seems so daunting cause I'm afraid of sending it, and the time between shipping it and getting it back seems long...seems like it'd be faster just to take it in by person.
Any suggestions on how to fix my keyboard? Also, I have heard you can self-fix keyboards, but this would void my warranty, wouldn't it?
Thanks for any help you have.

Thank you for your help and support. I'll give the support line a ring and see what they say, hopefully they say a certified service center is okay since I wish to eliminate shipping times! I found a few near me via the Lenovo website. Will update this thread once I get more info.
