I purchased recovery disks (July 2010) and installed them and could not use it because of the **bleep** fingerprint option. I got NO support from Lenovo. Waiting on phone calls hold forever. I finally got it to ask me for a password that I never supplied. I took it to a computer repair shop and was informed that it was a Bios password and that Lenovo would NOT GIVE IT to him. So I guess I will have to use a forum of customers to help me, or eat the $50 I paid for the disks. I am writing this on an iMac (Rolls-Royce of computers) that NEVER locks up like my PCs did. Can someone help me log on to this piece of crap. I can't afford to buy an Apple laptop right now, and my wife is wanting her own computer.
