Lenovo 3000 N100 no sound, only SPDIF

Hello community.

I am owner of this old laptop. As I am a student i've gained access to free Microsoft software - including Windows 10. I've always used Xp on this laptop before but now i wanted to try out this new OS.

The problem is, that everything works fine besides that i have no sound. In audio device tab i only have S/PDIF audio device which generates no sound from speakers(obviously).

I have already tried drivers installed from EOL in compatibility mode but with no luck.

Any ideas how to fix that?

What's DOS?

Mod's edit: download link for drivers was removed for the protection of our members. Please share download links to an unverified source via Private Messaging. That way everyone involved is aware the downloads are not from an official Lenovo source and to use at their own risk. Thanks !
