My first post. I own a 3000 N200 laptop which has recently started having a problem.
On start up it gets as far as the lenovo screen and then the screen goes blank. If I connect to an external monitor it gets as far as the windows start up screen and then crashes with a blue screen which has the following message:-
***STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005,0X83C51030,0X8EB7296C,0X00000000)
Occasionally it will start up normally and run for a short time before the screen goes blank (no blue screen or error message).
I can start the laptop in safe mode using an external monitor but the screen has vertical lines down it.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
