Lenovo IdeaPad C340-14IML huge battery drain while turned off

last week I bought the IdeaPad C340 (Windows 10 64bit). So far I'm happy with it. But unfortunately I'm experiencing some huge battery drain, while its turned off.

From 100% to 0% in 2 days without usage (the battery even lasts longer if its only in sleep mode Smiley Happy ...).

The things I have already tried out (with no effect):

- disabling Fast Start in Windows

- disabling Always on USB

- installing the latest drivers from (including BIOS)

- turning of the pc with cmd

- tried complete shutdown with holding shift while turning off

- changing CsEnabled in regedit to 0

Maybe I did a few other things I don't remember anymore.

I hope anyone can help me.

If I would send the Laptop back, I have to do it in the next few days.

(Sorry for my english btw.)

Thank you!

I have the same problem. Lenovo what's going on?

Thinkpad E480.

Updated BIOS

Disabled AOU

Disabled Wake On Lan

Drain Without System / Hardrive Also.

When the battery is physically disconnected there is no problem.

Welcome to community forums,

Please open the Lenovo Vantage and run a system update and BIOS update if available. You may download the app here Once done, make sure to check for the battery health and see if the design and charging capacity of the battery have the same data. You may send a photo of the battery details, so we can check.
