WIth the error code W1CZLUGC3-
Ensuring that you have an updated Lenovo Solution Center and counter checking display test individually, checking on the version (doing right click for properties under device manager) and comparing it to the ones offered from the support site and likewise directly from component manufacturer.
Do give them a call for better assistance.

Is your laptop using an intel hd graphics? If it is, what driver version is it currently using, by any chance is it ver 10.18? If this the driver that the laptop is using I would recommend using DDU uninstaller to remove the driver then downloading the latest driver from Intel.com
