Lenovo V110-151SK - Lost Bios Password

Unfortunately someone has set a bios password on a laptop and i do not know the password. does anyone know of a way to remove or reset the password?


Reason being is they have also set the boort to eufi and i need to change it to Legacy to allow the laptop to boot but can not enter the bios to do so.

Unfortunately there is no master password or magic "back door" which can be used to reset a forgotten or unknown  BIOS password.  Laptops are designed that way to prevent thefts.  If you do not know the BIOS password then your only alternative is to replace the motherboard.  Sorry.

As indicated on the hardware manual (page 24): " neither Lenovo nor Lenovo authorized service technicians provide any services to reset". You need to have the original password placed back.
