Lenovo V310-14ISK - Won't boot up, black screen

My lenovo V310-14ISK won't start.

blank screen & it's only power button and caplocks lights turn on.

is anyone has the same problem? and how to fix it?

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

Try to do a static discharge, this may get it going, 


If the battery is internal, just skip the remove/replace battery steps

1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal

Or try to see if you can start it up and do a recovery through the Novo button, if you do not know where to look for this, just check your user guide on page 12 & 13.


If that doesn`t work , then something hardware related has likely failed, just contact your local Lenovo support line. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
