Lenovo V310-15IKB Hanging Issue

I recently bought a Lenovo V310-15IKB about a month ago, shortly after installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 my laptop has started getting semi random freezes. When a freeze occurs the entire system locks up, the sound makes a very short interval constant loop, and I have to preform a full reboot. It seems to happen more frequently feels like it can happen at any time.

 

Can any one help me ?

Hi Nawaid,

1. Does your systems have other symptoms? Such as slowing down, application crashing, etc.?

2. You may try to perform a memory scan to see if there is any issue on the RAM.

Already performed Memory Diagnostic Task, it was successfully completed without found any memory errors.

Download and Install Lenovo Solution Centre and do a Full Diagnostics on the hardware.

I have the exact same issue with brand new laptop. 
I have tried everything with both Linux and Windows systems and different bios settings and parameters, drivers, versions etc.

 

The laptop freezes randomly  and unexpectedly, usually more offen when the video processing is on.

 

Tired it with different setups and monitors, so static charge option is also excluded.

I had to return it today with option for repair and really hope that the problem is solved.

Hi all,

1. You may want to disable all Startup in the Task Manager to isolate and see if the problem is caused by any of the running processes.

2. If Step 1. does not work, you may try to do a factory recovery / reset.

3. If Step 2 has been done, and problem continue to persist, contact Tech Support.
