Two weeks ago, i bought Lenovo V310. Great laptop for the price, But, it freezes on its own from time to time. Laptop is brand new running windows 10. I have tested it with Lenovo Solution Center and it passes all the tests. But my main concern is why the laptop is unresponsive, i've tried pressing num and caps lock button to check if they would switch off but nothing happens. This is my second lenovo laptop and i have to say the previous one G580 worked better. I bought this V310 for web development and those things should not happen. This problem occurs on Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu. Do you have any tips how to fix this freezing issue, i cannot rely on the faulty laptop.
