Two mounts ago, I bought Lenova V310 15IKB. In first week my laptop froze twice. It's freezing since I got it. Last night I went back to work for a presentation and I lost all my work because of froze. When I called with an authorized service, he told me to format all it. This is new laptop... The authorized service does not help at all. I have also written to various complaint web sites but have not found any result. No body call me or writen. I bought Lenovo for the first time with my friends' advice. I think this is the end. In my research on the Internet, many people have expressed the same problem for this series. It is defenetly this problem on this series. Please, help me for this problem...

Two weeks have passed and still no freezes of the V310. This means that the problem is related to the Windows installation from Lenovo, the 1803 build from microsoft works pretty fine

Still no problems? I so can you describe exactly how u installed/reinstalled new widnows 10?
Asking because the problem is also known on linux
