After I upgrade my bios driver from Lenovo Support my Lenovo V310 stuck on boot menu. I can enter in bios but I can't boot from hdd. Please help me. Thank You!

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
I would recommend that you attempt to reset the unit back to before the update was performed, or perform a factory reset.
It is not always recommended to update your BIOS but as a last resort as this can easily brick your unit if not done properly.
If these steps do not work I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
