I received a Lenovo V310-15ISK today. There was only the intel HD driver in device manager- no option in BIOS to use switchable graphics. After flashing with the latest BIOS everything is ok.In BIOS there is the switchable graphics option. In the device manager the Radeon driver is there. That was a BIOS bug.
