I just bought a Lenovo V330 14IKB, and I'm finding the battery life is too short. It has a 2-cell battery, and when fully charged, I can only get three hours or so out of it. Is there a stronger (3, 4 or 6-cell) battery (Lenovo or other brand) that I can upgrade to?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As per specification only Li-Polymer 2-cell battery is offered for this model. There is no higher cell battery available.
This model do however have available ultra bay port for additional 2 cell battery that can add more power usage like PN 5B10P98184 SP/A L17M2PB5 7.68V39Wh2cell bty.
Ihope this helps answer your query.

Thanks for that, but I have two questions:
1- Where can I buy that battery?
2- Does it just slot in, or do I need to buy a connector for it? If it just slots in, can I just leave it in there, and would it charge automatically?

You can review this article as a guide in purchasing lenovo parts. This would also direct you how to check available stores to purchase in your region.
On select model I checked appears as a slot in so make sure that the ultra bay battery cover and slot is available to yours checking on the bottom. Its battery connector appears mounted on the board. Other select models do not have this.

Sales and distribution can be different in other regions of the world.
It may be faster just calling in technical support so that they can check if your machine is available to have an ultrabay battery or the store you have it purchased from.
They can also suggest where you can get it or if it is available for your model.
