Lenovo v110-15isk Video Card Conflicts (AMD R5 M430 and İntel HD520)

2017-11-01, 11:50 AM

Hi guys, I enjoy using my v110-15isk laptop, but have some video card problems. I tried different options but cant solve. I hope there are some suggestions here..

Symthoms: Autocad and Google Earth crash on start up due to graphic problems.

System: Lenovo v100-15ISK 80TL, Intel HD Graphics 520 (Onboard), AMD Radeon R5 M430

OS: Dual boot. Windows 10x64Bit V.1709 (Fall Creators Update) and Windows 7x64Bit. Both windows are updated and have same problem.

Additional info:
1-When AMD is disabled in BIOS, programs work normally but then system has low video capabilities (only 1GB HD 520).
2-When both video card are installed: Autocad crashs in high performance mode (in AMD settings) only works in power save mode but slow. GoogleEarth even does not start (in openGL mode) or start without navigating world frame (in directX mode) .
3-I have tried different driver versions but no difference.
4-I have tested hardware with Lenovo Diagnostics. Others are OK but Intel HD520 test failed on "mathematichal operations test" (Program crashs and closes).

5- When i disabled HD 520 in "device manager", AMD works on Autocad and Google earth but then i have some other display problems on my screen.

I think main problem is driver conflicts. But how will i solve it?

i dont play computer games but i am sure many gamers could have same graphic problems with v110..
