Hello, i have a problem with my Lenovo V310-15ISK laptop, it keeps freezing on random intervals (sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes once a week). The keyboard and mouse freeze, any audio that was playing stops and the screen freezes completely but still displays the desktop. Every time i'm force to do a hard reset. In trying to solve this i've updated all drivers on Windows, ran memory diagnostics and finally switched to Ubuntu and the problem still persists. My specifications are:
-Intel i5-6200U CPU
-Intel HD Graphics 520 + AMD Radeon R5 M430
-8GB of RAM
-Currently running Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Hope you can help, thanks!

Have tried doing any harddrive and memory test on the system to determine if they need replacement. If you can, try check also if the system is overheating also.

Too many freezes with Lenovo products:
Lenovo, what is happening with your notebooks?
Please find a solution to fix the BIOS (firmware).
can the hyperthreading configuration (in the BIOS) be the cause of the freezes?
