N200 touchpad roll stops working

when I have the laptop on (even at ivernation state), the roll part of the touchpad(left side of it), stops accting as the well and starts working as any other part of the touchpad.

same with its lower part(sude to side roll)

is there anything that can be done to make it wor as it should?
