My Notebook 9 Spin's backlit keyboard has stopped working. It turns-on while booting, so the lights work. My windows and Samsung updates are current. I did not update prior to the failure, and was operating fine post all updates. I don't want to update the BIOS because it could damage my machine. Any thoughts?

Sorry, yes, Samsung. I also have Lenovos. The product specs are correct.
