I have a the Lenovo N580 Works fine and is using Windows 7 64 bit.
It seems to have an intel HD graphics 3000 and I tried to install a program called Topaz and it says it can not install, because I have OpenGl 3.1 and needs at lest 3.2.
I did check and the latest OpenGL is 4.5.
I have tried to upload the present drives listed in the Lenovo suport for n580. but that do not load later OpenGl
Has anyone had this issue? Has it been solved?
Is there a way to upgrade the OpenGl?

It seems to be that the only way to upgrade the opengl is by upgrading nthe CPU
Is it possible to add a 3rd generation Intel Core i5-3210M to the Lenovo n580?
If so, where is the place they sell them? I search and I only can find the intels for desktops.

From your hardware manual: http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/ideapad_p580_p585_n580_n581_n585_n586_hmm_1st_editio...
the good news is that your CPU is socketed (vs soldered). Also good news is that manual page 89 shows the parts list including the i5-3210M as an option for the N580.
According to Intel, that CPU integrates HD4000 graphics. I don't know, personally, whether that will remedy your OpenGL issue though. As to where to buy one, I'm not sure about that, either, other than checking the usual places like Newegg, etc.
Edit to add: Intel info - http://ark.intel.com/products/67355/Intel-Core-i5-3210M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz-rPGA
Hope this helps a bit.
