Welcome to the Community Forums.
As per product specifications:
V110-15ISK: 16GB max / 2133MHz DDR4, dual-channel capable,
4GB memory soldered to systemboard, one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket
There would only be one available socket for upgrade (up to 16GB max) similar to crucial's scanner here.
The other 4GB is soldered part of the systemboard as shown here in page 49 hardware manual.
Hope this helps answer your query.

You may check on the hardware manual (item8 page 71) for the OEM recommended RAM or if you are checking it with online resellers just make sure that you have the same specifications and have a good return option just in case.
Not sure about availability and pricing and capacity you need in your location but you can review this article as a guide.

I've just upgraded my lenovo.
Iused as a guide a youtube video for opening the computer. It is quite easy to do, and I purchased a 4 GB crucial.
I attached proofs and some images.
Ps. I don't have any type of partnership with lenovo and Crucial. I 'd only like to encourage people like me to upgrade their lenove by themselves.
