Just ranting, my case was mailed in on 3/22 and after a month they told me they were out of stock for a case (and this is a fairly new computer, I bought it during Cyber Monday last year) and that it was projected to be completed on 5/11. Now the projected date is 5/28, and I won't even be in the same state by then.
"9 business days to repair" doesn't sound very accurate.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your problem.
If it was me call back support and ask for an escalation. Explain you will be out of town by the date they estimate for repair.
