For any changes from your initial order such as replacement or returns, I believe it would be best to contact the sales department or store where you purchase it while within the return period.

Try calling Customer service 09 75 18 17 23 (Monday to Friday from 9h to 19h).

Tech support: +33 (0)1.70.38.19.27 (appel non surtaxé) 9:00 - 18:00 Lundi - Vendredi

I was not able to find any email support at the moment.
