If you have no yet send it away try the following. Fixed my problem really fast. Model V330-14ARR, but might work with others. For anyone stumbling on this using google: Press F2 at startup to get to BIOS. Load "Optimized Defaults" by hitting F9. Press F10 to confirm. Fixed my Wifi and USB.

I feel your pain; I spent many hours trying to solve this problem (caused by Lenovo) first on my own and then with Lenovo before spending more time with eBuyer arranging an approved return. Thanks again to @Nargon33 for providing the solution and saving me from acting on the return. I will also feed the solution back directly to Lenovo on the Lenovo Technical Support Incident number on which they had issed a DOA return code.
