Thanks for the reply d4x.
I can only find the "ww" version of the 28 BIOS: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/2wcn28ww.exe
I'm guessing "ww" means worldwide, while "rs" is the Indian variant or something?

I managed to downgrade my bios and tested the following versions.
I confirm that the freezing problem was present in all of them. The freezing occured during normal operation (internet browsing). The problem continues to occur regardless of whether the laptop is connected to the charger or not.
According to the Warranty rules, if the problem cannot be solved, Lenovo will replace the problematic device with another device, with similar characteristics.

We've bought 7 of these laptops (Windows 10 Pro 1809), and all of them have random freeze problems.
I contacted Lenovo Support. They said there is no known problem with these laptops, so I pointed them to this forum topic.
Then they said download the new update software and update all firmware and if that didn't help set the computer back factory settings.
I've allready done that with one laptop, but that didn't help either.
It's so frustrating Lenovo is not taking any action to help us with this problem. I already regret buying these laptops.
