My office has just bought a V510 and the Right Shigt Key & Up Arrow Key are switched!! This is very annoying! Every time I need to use the Right Shift Key, it goes up a line and it's all a mess!
Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !
There were a couple of Lenovo models that had this keyboard design change that some owners did not like. What they have done is to remap the keyboard using the free utility called KeyTweak. That program allows you to switch the functions of those two keys. In other words the up arrow now becomes the shift key and the shift key is the up arrow. Here is a link to that utility.....
Although Windows 10 isn't listed on the download page description, owners have reported that the utility will work with Windows 10.

"There were a couple of Lenovo models that had this keyboard design change that some owners did not like"??? Really.? Seems like someone with Lenovo made a major design mistake. Remapping the os level keys causes an issue when switching between the laptop keyboard and an external one. How about sending out a replacment keyboard with the keys correctly aligned?
