Wireless Connection Gone Lenovo 3000 N100

Help!  Not very computer literate, have lost ability to connect to any internet connection.  Wireless or dial-up.  ThinkAdvantage will start up, but not showing any connectivity to either.  Error: 0x8000FFFF has been indicated.  Everything worked fine before through the Router to connect to wireless and using regular dial-up.  Not sure what to do or where to begin the process.  THANK YOU for any assistance.
