First thing to try: enable VT, save, and exit BIOS. Then do a full power down/power up sequence.

so i tried enabling vt, save change & exit, let it boot to boot menu and pressed power button
after that i turn it's power on and can still see vt as being disabled

any setting in mind?
my BIOS version is 43CN43WW which is latest
even with reboot after save changes on BIOS, Intel Virtualization Technology changed to disabled, in fact, any other setting except System Time & System Date does not stay as configured after reboot.
