instead it gives me numbers and other signs

i noticed that when i press the fn key and then one of the above keys (u i o p j k...)
it's all good
but i need to know how to make those keys wrok properly without the fn key

so can anyone tell me what i should do?

Re: fn key problem, i think

wo7, welcome to the forum,

I would guess that you need to turn "NumLock" off. You need to press the Shift + Num keys together.
