Desktops can be fun too - new A300 and C310 all in one models

The new A300 looks pretty cool while the C310 delivers touch capability..

Plenty of reviews circulating - this one from slashgear covers the top level specs.

To me, the design of this A300 above just begs for a touch panel...

The C310 shown below is Atom based and does provide touch capability...

All in one form factors seem to be in vogue, and touch capability is becoming more common even on entry model systems.  Do you see this as just a cool technology fad, or really the next logical step in desktop evolution?

Matt Kohut has a great write up on Inside the Box today on our existing and new all in one systems.

Nice to see the evolution to touch screen and he shed's light on why the A300 doesn't feature touch.

I  still have one of those first  Netvista X40's sitting in a corner at home, complete with the swing arm to let it mount and float over your desk.  Despite being woefully out of date due to the  15" panel and early Pentium processor, I can't bring myself to part with it yet.
