I'm new here. I've made a search of the forum, but can't seem to find something that is the same as my problem.
I have a Lenovo Chromebook C330. I am using a Microsoft Designer Mouse over Bluetooth. The mouse has been paired with other laptops in the past, and has fresh batteries. However, it will suddenly not work. The Bluetooth setting says it is connected, but it just doesn't work. I have a similar problem with my Android phone that is supposed to be able to unlock my Chromebook.
Is this a hardware issue? Or just Chrome OS acting badly?

Let's isolate the issue. Could you try to perform a Power Wash on your Chromebook and check if the issue remains? If the issue remains after the Power Wash, it's an indication of a hardware issue and needs a repair.
