I have a N20p (n2930 varient) and it does not have a certificate fo authenticate for the 100GB Google drive offer. Other N20p /11e owners have mentioned that they qualify and I'm consistently prompted by google to sign up but denied from the goodies page. In all the reviews of the unit it consistently mentioned to be part of the 100GB drive program. I do not have any other chromebook devices. Google has turned me back to Lenovo for support.
Can this be corrected or is my understanding mistaken?

I will post the solution as this was a long standing item from August when I received the unit. I had to powerwash my unit to factory settings and the google goodies offer is now recognized. This is understood as an occasional issue across chromebooks and was a relatively painless experience as google restores your profile once signed back in - it's only necessary to back up your local files in file manager before executing.
