Hey all. I have a Lenovo N23 Yoga Touchscreen Chromebook that gives the following messages:
"Low-power charger connected. Your Chromebook may not charge while it is turned on."
This happens with the charger that came with the Chromebook, a brand new charger for this model, any charger from this same type of device.
I've tried resetting all settings and made sure it's not set to low-power mode.

Thanks for reaching us here in our community forums.
We'd like to know, when do you usually getting the error message? Are you getting the error as soon as you turn the laptop on or only when you're trying to plug in the charger? Are there any changes/updates prior to this issue? Keep us posted.

The message is there when plugging in the charger. However, when the charger is removed, it still shows low-power charger symbol on the battery icon in the start-up menu and says "Low-power charger" even though the charger is not plugged in. It also took all weekend for it to charge to full battery.

We suggest you to back up all your files to avoid unwanted data loss and perform a Powerwash on your Chromebook. Here's how https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en - After the Powerwash, if the issue remains, it means that it's a hardware failure on the battery and it needs a repair.
Let us know how it goes.

We appreciate the update. Were you able to try other charger? If yes, since you've already done with the Powerwash and tried a brand new battery, but the issue remains, we suggest you to send it to our repair facility to check it further and have it repaired. You can call our Lenovo US Phone Support to request for a repair at 877-453-6686 and they are open 24 hours/day 7 days/week.
