Strange problem with an N21 book and after an hour and a half on the phone with Google, they have punted on my issue. In order to attempt to correct a random reboot error I wiped the device. Upon restart when attempting Enterprise Enrollment for our Google For Education Domain the enrollment fails with the following error, "Oops the system failed to determine device identifiers for this device."
Goodle took me through a wipe, a full wipe returning to developer mode, an OS recovery all with no luck. Next we deprovisioned the device, went through all of the previous steps, and I've arrived right back to the same issue. Google support tells me it is a hardware problem, and I'm starting to believe them. This N21 has been out of warranty for several months now so returning it to Lonovo is not really an option.
Any suggestions? Can the TPM chip be flashed? Other ideas, right now the device is basically a brick. Thank you in advance!
