I am a technician for a company that repairs Lenovo N23 Windows Pro books. I have been replacing motherboards and the replacement one from Lenovo has wrong info on it (MTM:INVALID) and I can't find a way to change it. I have already tried flashing the bios thinking that it would force you to enter the info, but it doesn't. Is there a tool that can be used to insert that data?

Hi SterlingChris ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Your guess was correct. Lenovo tech would be using an internal (not for public) tool to update the data that the board would have to match the original data/ motherboard. This mismatch would however not interrupt physical performance of the machine itself other than when using Lenovo tools in the process.
Hope this help answer your query.
