Process of resetting company with intel core windows vista home premium os 

 

How can I reset my computer? I forget my password of user login and I cannot access administrator account, would like to reset my computer completely. How should I start?

 

Info pls.....

  1. Click User Accounts.
  2. Insert either a USB flash drive or a floppy disk.
  3. Click Create a password reset disk in the left pane.
  4. When the Forgotten Password Wizard appears, click Next.
  5. Select the drive in which you want to store your password, and then click Next.
  6. In the Current User Account Password field, type your current password, and then click Next.
  7. When the Progress bar reaches 100%, click Next, and then click Finish.
 
 

 

 

next time when you start your computer insert the password reset disk and login to your account

The main user account password is forgotten. I am using a guest user account.

Have you tried the solution ive explained to you?

 

Try to obtain the password reset disk by using some other system which is running vista.But keep ur thumbdrive in a safeplace after you reset you password
