Bluetooth completely gone from device manager

After a recent update and system error, my bluetooth is completely missing from everything, including the device manager. Worked several hours with Windows tech support and still can't fix it. Tried re-downloading Windows in case the file was corrupted and downloaded 3 different drivers from Lenovo's website. They suggest that the currently available drivers are just not compatible and suggested talking to Lenovo. Any suggestions?
